Is the website secure?
Our website uses SSL technology to ensure that the information you submit is encrypted and secure. Our servers are also protected using state-of-the-art firewalls and our Payment Acceptance integration is fully PCI Compliant.

Can I purchase all Brydens' products on this website? 
No, this website is dedicated to items that are damaged or otherwise incapable of being sold to our retail customers.
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently support payment via credit card directly on our website and we also allow customers to pay with cash or Linx at our head office. Our CSRs will call after the order has been made to facilitate payments at our head office. 
Do you offer delivery?
We do not offer delivery for large appliances. Customers must organize their own transport and the items must be collected at our warehouse on Fridays between 10am and 12pm. We offer free delivery for everything else outside of large appliances. Should your order contain a large appliance as well as other items, you are still required to come to our warehouse to collect the large appliance and the other items will be delivered to your address of choice free of charge. 
Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, all prices on our site, including sale prices, are VAT inclusive.
What currency is used for your prices?
All our prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
